The Pukulan
Pencak Silat Tempur home study course was created by the late Guru Eddie
Ivester. The original DVD course has been updated to online format. Several
additional videos by Guru Ivester and ICT senior advisory board members have
been added to the course to expand it, to create an a well-rounded
curriculum. The current course covers
all rank requirements. Students will
learn hand strikes, kicking, elbows and knees, evasions, grappling and ground
fighting. The course also teaches
students concepts of motion, distance, timing and more. In addition to empty hand applications the course will also cover stick and knife fighting.
